Operations for Set-Up of the Heavy Duty Box Machine

With the HBM, setting up the machine, making a box, and creating inner packaging is simple:

• Select a box blank style icon
• Choose the dimensions, quantity, and tabs
• Follow the touchscreen prompts to start feeding sheets of material

Excess board that is trimmed during production can be used to create additional boxes, and environmentally friendly corrugated inner packaging can be produced quickly.

Our sturdy roller casters make it easy for one person to move the HBM machine into position, and our adjustable leveling feet keep it firmly in place. The 86-inch HBM model requires 15 x30 feet for operation.

The HBM operates on 208/230 VAC single phase power @ 20 amps and 1.5 SCFM @ 80 PSI of compressed air. Fused disconnect and air prep unit are provided with the machine.
